Management Team

Tim Buller has managed NW Flooring Solutions for over five years.  During this time, Tim has implemented many structural and operational refinements creating tremendous business growth and new business opportunities.  He brings a combination of experience and skills to the management of NW Flooring Solutions. Tim’s previous experience as a personnel placement specialist and production manager lends to his role as a manager of company daily operations. Prior to leading NW Flooring Solutions, Tim was involved in the field of professional motorsports working with fabricators, engineers, designers, and apprentices while guiding a team to producing some of the best race cars in the industry. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree.

Kelly Raines has been a part of NW Flooring Solutions since 2012. Kelly’s previous experience was focused in sales, project management, purchasing, logistics, and warehousing. Kelly has over seven years of experience with flooring products in both the residential and commercial sectors. Kelly has also proudly served in the U.S. army for three years. Kelly is an expert with takeoff software and interpreting construction blueprints. Kelly works with many general contractors, architects, and installers to make sure that each project is completed accurately and efficiently.

Rudolf Cosovan has worked at NW Flooring Solutions since 2015 in various capacities.  He has been an installer, supervisor, and now is an integral member of the estimating team.  Rudolf brings the “hands-on” expertise of how to approach installations to the administrative side of NWFS.  His knowledge of construction ranges from residential home renovations to commercial tile and other flooring installations.  Rudolf is thorough and detail oriented as he prepares each estimate for job proposals.  Rudolf will work endlessly to fulfill every aspect of a customer’s project.

Viktor Kharitonenko helped establish the business in 2007.  As an effective leader and expert installer Viktor is uniquely qualified to guide and direct many of the company’s construction efforts.  Viktor maintains several product specific certifications from our suppliers.  Additionally he works to teach all aspects of construction techniques and skill sets to the rest of the NW Flooring Solutions’ team.  His role is to advise the company concerning detailed job layouts, technical components involved in installations, and other company performance factors.  /fusion_text]

Terresa Kraft has been a part of the NW Flooring Solutions staff since 2013. Terresa has a great deal of experience in inventory control, purchasing, accounting, and various front office support roles. Terresa manages the purchase, storage, transport, and delivery of the many materials needed by NW Flooring Solutions’ installers on a daily basis. Terresa is the company expert on material production, product transit times, product availability, and all logistics of the flooring products. Terresa is also a “lifetime local” of the Vancouver/Camas area.

Tim Bobrik oversees NW Flooring Solutions’ in-house installers, their schedules, and the interaction with customers’ on-site job foremen. It is Tim’s responsibility to be the job site interaction with the customer. He is ultimately responsible to provide the service and follow-through that is expected by each customer for their project. Tim has a vast array of experience installing flooring, surfaces, and other construction products at many job sites throughout the Pacific Northwest. Tim advises installers and management daily on the many details of NW Flooring Solutions’ projects.
