Tim has managed NW Flooring Solutions for 14 years, implementing structural and operational refinements that have driven business growth and new opportunities. His background as a personnel placement specialist and production manager, and before that in professional motorsports guiding teams of fabricators, engineers and designers, shapes how he runs daily operations. Tim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BBA in Marketing.
Rudolf has worked at NW Flooring Solutions for 14 years as an installer, supervisor and now a key member of the estimating team. He brings hands-on installation know-how to every estimate and will work endlessly to fulfill every aspect of a customer's project.
Viktor has been with NW Flooring Solutions for 19 years. An expert installer holding several manufacturer certifications, he guides construction efforts, advises on layouts and technical details, and teaches technique to the NWFS team.
Terresa has been part of NWFS for 14 years. She manages purchasing, storage, transport and delivery of materials, and is the company expert on production, transit times and product availability. She's a lifetime local of the Vancouver/Camas area.
Tim has served in this role for 14 years, overseeing NWFS's in-house installers, their schedules and coordination with customers' on-site foremen. He brings broad installation experience from job sites across the Pacific Northwest.
Chanel brings 10+ years of experience coordinating construction projects across Oregon and Washington, from estimating and budgeting through contracts, permitting, scheduling and closeout. She's known for strong organization, accountability and steady follow-through.
